In the field of Lied, he worked regularly with Professor Burkhard Kehring, further developing his musical interpretation. His particular focus has been on song cycles, including L. v. Beethoven’s “An die ferne Geliebte”, Op. 98, “Drei Gesänge von Goethe”, Op. 83, and R. Schumann’s “Dichterliebe”, Op. 48. He has also performed songs by G. Fauré and E. Grieg in concert.
