Special forms of website use:
Webshop
1) We use the external service provider
CTS EVENTIM AG & Co. KGaA
Contrescarpe 75 A
28195 Bremen
Email: kundenservice@eventim.de
www.eventim.de
as a processor within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR to handle ticket sales. A corresponding data processing agreement is in place.
(2) If you wish to place an order in our web shop, it is necessary for the conclusion of the contract that you provide your personal data, which we require to process your order. Mandatory information required for the execution of the contracts is marked separately; further information is voluntary. We process the data you provide to process your order. To this end, we may pass on your payment details to our house bank. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
We may also process the data you provide to inform you about other interesting products from our portfolio or to send you emails with technical or organizational information.
(3) We are obliged by commercial and tax law to store your address, payment, and order data for a period of ten years. However, after five years, we restrict processing, i.e., your data will only be used to comply with legal obligations.
(4) To prevent unauthorized access by third parties to your personal data, in particular financial data, the ordering process is encrypted using TLS technology.
Newsletter/seasonal brochure
(1) With your consent, you can subscribe to our newsletters, which we use to inform you about our current interesting offers. The advertised goods and services are specified in the declaration of consent.
(2) We use the double opt-in procedure for registration for our newsletters. This means that after you register, we will send an email to the email address you provided, asking you to confirm that you wish to receive the respective newsletter. We store your email addresses, IP addresses, and the times of registration and, if applicable, confirmation. The purpose of this procedure is to verify your registration and, if necessary, to be able to investigate any possible misuse of your personal data.
(3) The only mandatory information required for sending the newsletter is your email address. After your confirmation, we will store your email address for the purpose of sending the newsletter. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
(4) You can revoke your consent to receive the newsletter at any time and unsubscribe from the respective newsletter. You can revoke your consent by clicking on the link provided in each newsletter email, by sending an email to marketing@rias-kammerchor.de, or by sending a message to the contact details provided in the legal notice.
(5) Please note that images from our web server are downloaded when you open the newsletter. The data collected in this process is used solely to measure reach (number of newsletters opened). The data is collected exclusively in pseudonymized form. It is not linked to your personal data.
Such an evaluation is not possible if you have disabled the display of images in your email program by default. In this case, the newsletter will not be displayed in full and you may not be able to use all functions. If you display the images manually, the above-mentioned evaluation will take place.
Web Analytics
Use of Google Analytics
(1) This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies,” which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator.
(2) The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
(3) You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser software settings accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
(4) This website uses Google Analytics with the extension “_anonymizeIp()”. This means that IP addresses are truncated before being processed, thus ruling out any possibility of personal reference. If the data collected about you is personal, it will be immediately excluded and the personal data will be deleted immediately.
(5) We use Google Analytics to analyze and regularly improve the use of our website. The statistics obtained enable us to improve our offering and make it more interesting for you as a user. For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
(6) Third-party information: Google Dublin, Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, Fax: +353 (1) 436 1001. Terms of use: http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html, overview of data protection: http://www.google.com/intl/de/analytics/learn/privacy.html, and privacy policy: http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy.
(7) This website also uses Google Analytics for cross-device analysis of visitor flows, which is carried out via a user ID. You can deactivate cross-device analysis of your usage in your customer account under “My data,” “Personal data.”
DMP technology from ADEX
This website uses the DMP tag from The Adex GmbH, Berlin, on behalf of QWERTZ Media GmbH Berlin to determine, analyze, and evaluate usage and movement data on our offerings. The data collected is recorded anonymously. You can object to this data processing at the following link: http://de.theadex.com/company/consumer-opt-out or directly at http://www.youronlinechoices.com/de/praferenzmanagement
By clicking on this link, the system sets a so-called “stop cookie,” which prevents the system from further recording the client’s activities. The system cannot recognize the opt-out if you prevent the stop cookie from being set or delete the stop cookie that has been set. Your Internet browser may be set to not accept the stop cookie or to delete it automatically. In this case, you must first adjust your browser’s cookie settings (example: in Mozilla Firefox, you will find these settings under the menu item Tools/Settings/Privacy). Please note that the stop cookie only prevents data collection on the respective client. If you use multiple clients (different end devices and/or different Internet browsers), you must repeat the opt-out.
Retargeting technology
This enables us to target advertising on our partners’ websites to those internet users who have already shown an interest in our website and our products. To do this, corresponding pixels are placed on the website. When you visit these websites, a cookie is stored in your browser. This cookie enables your computer to be recognized based on the logged data (visit to our website, date and time, browser type, operating system, identification of whether you are already a customer, information you have viewed on our website). The user profiles created by the retargeting process are anonymized in accordance with data protection regulations so that it is not possible to identify individuals when surfing the Internet. The advertising material is then displayed on our partners’ websites during retargeting on the basis of a cookie-based analysis of previous user behavior. This is a temporary cookie that expires after 60 days.
You can deactivate the use of cookies, for example by third-party providers, by visiting the deactivation page of the Network Advertising Initiative at www.networkadvertising.org/choices and implementing the further information on opting out provided there.
