OUR Mission
The charitable association supports this ensemble of world format, among other things by way of initiating and co-hosting the series ForumConcerts. With this concert series we want to enable the choir, its members and you, the audience, to make extraordinary musical discoveries. We therefore venture to places that usually don’t resonate with choir music. While RIAS Kammerchor is known on all internationally renowned stages, but its geographical and historical home is Berlin. We want to also span this ‘bow’ in our concert series.
With our concerts, we want to emphasize not only the choir’s history but also its unique qualities and those of its individual members. We cordially invite you to take part in our activities and conceive and plan the ForumConcerts.
The RIAS Kammerchor Forum also offers special experiences to those who rather enjoy the concert evenings as part of the audience: we invite you to open rehearsals; if you are interested you can accompany the choir to concerts abroad; you get to meet the artists and directors and with your annual contribution support the educational initiatives that RIAS Kammerchor undertakes.

• An exclusive CD recording of a ForumConcert each year

Anatomy Auditorium, state court, waterworks, state council building or transformer station – the locations where ForumConcerts take place are as exciting as unusual.
ForumCONCERTS
Planning and realization of the unique ForumConcerts lies with the responsibility of the Association of Friends and Supporters.
By the way: As member of the Friends and Supporters, a subscription for the ForumConcerts is available at a discount!
